About the Role

Based inGymea you will support people with disabilities to live their best lives. To provide best support, the successful candidate will have experience in active support and behaviour support and be comfortable in managing behaviours of concern when required. You will engage with the people we support to promote choice, encourage participation in the community and activities, and make each day enjoyable and meaningful.

Joining ourSupported Independent Living (SIL)team on a permanent part time or casual basis, you will support two men and three women with disability to live their best lives in shared housing, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster, including active night shifts.
