Q Support Care is expanding, and we’re seeking committed Disability Support Workers who are passionate about empowering people with low to moderate support needs, including individuals with psychosocial disabilities, to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. About the Role

You will provide person‑centred support to NDIS participants across a variety of settings. Duties include:

- Daily living and household routines

- Community access and social participation

- Skill development and capacity building

- Supporting participants to achieve their personal goals

This role offers 25–35 hours per week, flexible daytime shifts, and some weekend work. Immediate start available.

What You’ll Need To be successful, you will have:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Blue Card (Working with Children)

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred or willing to complete)

- Understanding of psychosocial disabilities and trauma‑informed support approaches





- Minimum 6 months experience in disability support, aged care, or similar

- Strong commitment to participant wellbeing, safety, and teamwork

- Current Australian driver’s licence reliable vehicle

- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
