SA Community Care and Disability Contract (Part Time) Exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced team. You will assist our client, who has a high-level spinal cord injury, with personal care, domestic assistance, mealtime management and community support. The roster of care provides 24/7 support, and the shifts are all active, including the overnights.

Award wages apply. Job Responsibilities - Provide quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist the client to live independently, safely, and comfortably within the community.

Qualifications and Skills - Certificate III in Individual Support or similar, or Diploma of Nursing/Bachelor of Nursing.

- Relevant industry experience (6 months or more), with preference given to support workers who have experience supporting a person with a Spinal Cord Injury.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Valid unrestricted Driver's Licence and willing to transport clients.



Applicants will have - An engaging Person‑centred approach to in‑home support.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A genuine desire to influence the lives of people with a disability.
- Proven experience collaborating with people living with a disability that have high complex care needs, with preference to individuals with Spinal Cord injury experience.
