This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume, same-day delivery environment and enjoys solving problems on the fly. What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and manage daily schedules for a large team of field technicians
- Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise downtime
- Act as the central point of coordination between field staff and office teams
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to handle delays or changes




- Manage and guide a team of coordinators to maintain strong service delivery
- Manage rebooking and job changes while maintaining a seamless customer experience
- Work closely with the team to ensure daily workflow runs on time and to standard

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or same-day delivery environments (2+ years preferred)
- Strong ability to juggle competing priorities in a quick-moving environment
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong planning skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Adaptable and proactive — someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- Solid systems experience, including Excel and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly
- Experience handling customer issues and resolving conflicts calmly
- A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate in a high-pressure environment
