The Opportunity

Working closely with our Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams,



you will coordinate domestic and export orders, manage shipment requirements and support strong customer outcomes in a quick-paced FMCG environment.

- Coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

- Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.

- Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively resolve order issues.

- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding order releases and invoicing.

- Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.

- Work closely with Production Planning and Logistics to ensure shipments align with agreed schedules.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
