Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia.

This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital, expanding services and choice for women, newborns and families while delivering long-lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

About the Opportunity

As the Perth Women and Babies Hospital project continues to progress, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Document Control professionals interested in joining one of Western Australia's most significant healthcare infrastructure projects.

We are building a talent pipeline for current and upcoming opportunities supporting the delivery of major project packages across building works, fit-out, specialist healthcare systems, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E;) and Information, Communications & Technology (IC&T;).

These opportunities are focused on site-based Document Control roles, supporting project teams to ensure documentation is effectively managed, controlled and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.

We welcome expressions of interest from Document Control professionals who are looking to contribute to the successful delivery of a major healthcare infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality document control services to support project and business requirements.

Managing the receipt, registration, distribution and filing of project documentation across internal and external stakeholders.

Maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance with project procedures and standards.

Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure the integrity, compliance and timely management of project documentation.

Liaising regularly with managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues and potential changes.

Producing document status and progress reports for project teams and senior management.

Conducting document reviews and audits to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance.





Monitoring document workflows and review cycles to ensure documentation is issued and distributed in line with project requirements and delivery milestones.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of document control systems and processes.

Building strong working relationships across project teams to support successful project outcomes.

About You

Organised. Detail-oriented. Collaborative. Proactive.

You thrive in fast-paced project environments and understand the importance of accurate, timely and well-managed documentation. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and take pride in supporting successful project delivery through strong document control practices.

What You Will Bring

Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant practical experience in Document Control, Administration or a related discipline.

Approximately 3-5 years' experience in a Document Control role within construction, infrastructure or related industries.

Demonstrated experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), with Aconex experience highly regarded.

Experience supporting site-based project teams and project delivery environments will be highly regarded.

Strong understanding of document control processes, procedures and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced project environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commitment to delivering accurate, compliant and timely document control services
