This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major Australian infrastructure project focused on reducing emissions and supporting a more sustainable future. Working within a safety first workplace, you will play a key role in delivering high quality electrical, instrumentation and control systems work in accordance with project requirements, industry standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, terminate, test and commission instrumentation, control and electrical equipment in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Perform loop checking, calibration and functional testing of field instrumentation and control systems.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot instrumentation, electrical and control system issues.
Work safely and ensure all procedures and permit requirements are followed.
Comply with site Cardinal Rules and all safety requirements during the execution of work.
Assist with commissioning activities and support the successful delivery of project milestones.
Maintain accurate testing, calibration and commissioning records.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Cert III in Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Instrumentation, Electrotechnology, or equivalent trade qualification.
Current unrestricted Electrical Licence (preferred where applicable)
EEHA qualification (issued within the last 5 years)
Current RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights certification (issued within the last 3 years)
Current RIIWHS202E – Enter and Work in Confined Spaces certification (issued within the last 3 years)
Construction White Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded Experience
Brownfield experience within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial environments.
Experience with commissioning, loop checking,
