The Opportunity

Supporting one of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs, you'll become the trusted right hand to a visionary founder who has built a globally recognised beauty brand. This is an incredibly varied position where no two days are ever the same. One moment you'll be preparing executive reports for a board meeting, the next you'll be coordinating a last-minute overseas family holiday or curating an intimate VIP event.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating in both worlds, the precision and commercial acumen of a high-performing Business EA, combined with the agility, discretion and responsiveness of an exceptional Private EA.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

- Provide seamless day-to-day support to the Founder, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner.
- Manage an ever-changing diary, balancing commercial priorities with personal commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and meeting documentation.
- Manage expenses, invoices and reconciliations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assist with business administration, document management and confidential correspondence.
- Liaise confidently with senior executives, investors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the Founder is always prepared, prioritised and one step ahead.

Private Executive Support
- Manage all aspects of the Founder's private life with complete discretion.
- Liaise with household staff, property managers, personal assistants and external service providers.
- Coordinate family schedules, appointments and personal commitments.
- Plan and oversee luxury domestic and international holidays.
- Curate exceptional family celebrations, private dinners and VIP events.
- Source exclusive gifts,



reservations and experiences.
- Handle highly confidential personal matters with professionalism and absolute discretion.
- Be available to respond calmly and efficiently to last-minute requests that naturally arise in the life of a high-profile entrepreneur.

Lifestyle & Project Management
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Research, negotiate and coordinate suppliers and service providers.
- Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively solve problems.
- Build trusted relationships with everyone from business leaders to household staff.
- Take ownership of special projects as required.

You'll Need

- Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO or HNWI Entrepreneur.
- Previous experience in both business and private executive support.
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid commercial acumen and confidence preparing reports, presentations and executive documentation.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trusted relationships at every level.
- Absolute discretion when handling confidential business and personal matters.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and pivot quickly as priorities change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A polished, professional presentation with a naturally engaging style.
- A proactive mindset, you don't wait to be asked, you simply make things happen.

Salary $150,000 to $180,000k base for the right person
