About the role

Top Chix Pty Ltd is seeking a casual Egg Farm Hand/Poultry Farm Worker to join their team in Somerville, Victoria. This exciting position will involve assisting with the daily operations on this brand new up-to-date egg farm facility

What you'll be doing

- Collect and grade eggs ready for packing

- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the farm facilities

- Assist with general farm duties as required

- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the farm

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is an advantage, but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- A positive, hardworking attitude and a commitment to workplace safety

- Proven work history
