We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Plant Operator with Front End Loader & Excavator experience to support our growing operations team.

Plant Operator – Rosehill, NSW

What You'll Bring:

- White Card (General Construction Induction Card) – Essential
- Proven experience operating a Front End Loader – Essential
- Current Australian Driver's Licence – Essential
- Truck/Rigid (HR or MR) Licence – Highly regarded
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude to assist with basic plant maintenance and troubleshooting – Beneficial
- Experience within recycling, waste, manufacturing, or production environments – Desirable
- Strong commitment to Zero Harm and workplace safety




- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
