We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead an outbound sales contact centre during a period of growth. You’ll shape strategy, review systems and processes, and drive performance with executive support. This role offers autonomy to implement recent ideas that improve outcomes for customers and employees.

You will coach a team, manage forecasting, optimise dialler performance, and deliver insights to clients, while partnering with senior leadership to support growth initiatives.
