The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership position within the retail department, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence, build community relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong store performance and a positive team culture.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is expected to independently manage the store whilst maintaining the same high standards of leadership and operational alignment.

Based at our Energetiks store in Croydon NSW, this is a hands-on,



customer-facing leadership role,ideal for someone who is passionate about dance and enjoys leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a high level of customer service and workplaceculture
- Coach, develop and motivate your team
- Drive store performance and growth to achieve KPIs
- Build strong relationships with local dance schools, teachers andcommunity
- Office administration, rostering, planning and reporting
- Ensure a proactive approach to store operations, stock managementand presentation
- Maintain company policies and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Availability to work part-time on both weekdays and weekends
- A background in dance, including previous experience withclassical ballet
- Confident coaching and leading people, management experience anadvantage
- Strong administrative skills and confidence with computer systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic, positive and customer focused approach with agenuine passion for dance
