Harmony Australasia is seeking a Risk Governance Lead to drive the site's risk framework, assurance processes and continuous improvement programs. You will coach leaders, define ownership and coordinate governance forums onsite in a high-risk mining setting.

The role requires strong knowledge of NSW WHS requirements, PHMPs and critical control verification, with an emphasis on proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement. FIFO roster, on-site in Cobar, NSW.
