Future Secure AI in Australia is hiring a Service Delivery Manager (Interim RUN Lead) to stand up and lead the RUN production support function. You will own the ITIL-aligned operating model, serve as Major Incident Manager for P1s, and build the RUN foundations while leading two support engineers and one DevOps/Infra engineer.

This role is Australia-based and hybrid, reporting to the Global Technical Lead and shaping the RUN transition with robust incident leadership and vendor coordination.
