About the Role
IntoJobs delivered by Mas National is seeking an Employment Consultant who is passionate about supporting people into sustainable employment and making a positive impact in their local community through Workforce Australia services.
In this role, you will provide one‑on‑one support to a caseload of job seekers, delivering tailored employment assistance to help participants achieve meaningful and sustainable work outcomes. You will work closely with local employers to develop job opportunities, mentor job seekers through the employment process, and maintain robust engagement throughout their journey into work. This role is primarily office based, with opportunities to visit employers and participants in the community where required.
About IntoJobs and our Delivery Model
IntoJobs is contracted by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to deliver Workforce Australia services and is part of the IntoWork Group, providing employment services across Australia. While services operate under the IntoJobs brand, employees are engaged through local delivery partners within the IntoWork Group. Although the employing entity may vary, the responsibilities, systems, service standards, and performance expectations for Employment Consultants are consistent across all IntoJobs locations.
Location & Delivery Partner
This role is split between in Narre Warren and Pakenham, VIC (split between sties) and is delivered by Mas National, part of the IntoWork Group. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, individualised employment support to job seekers
- Manage a caseload and deliver Workforce Australia activities and interventions
- Build strong relationships with local employers to identify and create job opportunities
- Support participants with job search, resumes, interviews and employment readiness
- Mentor and motivate job seekers toward sustainable employment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with contractual requirements
- Work towards performance targets while maintaining a participant‑centred approach
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to community outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- The ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances
- Strong organisational skills with confidence managing administration and reporting
- A results‑focused mindset and comfort working towards targets
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, community services or a related field (desirable, not essential)
- Intermediate skills in MS Office or similar systems and experience using databases
- A current driver's licence (where travel is required)
