About The Role As an Enrolment Officer - Apprenticeship Hub, your key responsibilities include: Triage all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of their enquiry working towards increase of employer and student satisfaction.

Confidently handle future student and employer leads via telephone, email, face-to-face and social media to optimise enrolments.

Complete pre-training review interview with students to ensure suitability for enrolment into the course.

Undertake eligibility assessment and confirm student’s eligibility status in accordance with the VET funding contract

Auditing and processing of enrolment paperwork along with certified student identification.

Provide post-engagement, case management and student follow up, to support the resolution of any barriers working with Business Areas as required.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, industry partners and employers to support the objectives of Service Excellence within the Institute.

About You





You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed communication skills and a proven ability to meet targets whilst delivering an excellent customer service experience Qualifications Required For The Role Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or equivalent experience within a related field About Us Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
