Well Established City Council looking for an experienced ERP or SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst

Hybrid working model | 6 months possible extensions | $900 per day circa | Brisbane CBD

About your role

1. Lead delivery-focused business analysis for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation, ensuring business readiness activities and transition requirements are defined and coordinated to support successful adoption.
2. Develop and coordinate business readiness deliverables including impacted process identification, analysis and operational support requirements.
3. Work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, SMEs and support teams to prepare the organisation for change, confirm business processes, roles, controls and support arrangements are ready for go-live.
4. Produce implementation artefacts such as business procedures, transition documents and hypercare support requirements.
5. Support business readiness checkpoints, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities and transition to business-as-usual, including hypercare coordination and early-life issue resolution to embed the SAP S/4HANA EAM solution successfully.

Required skills and experience:





- Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis within large-scale ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a solid focus on business readiness, deployment and transition to operations.
- Preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Asset Management or experience in EAM modules on other platforms would be highly regarded
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across business, ICT, project delivery and support teams to manage impacts, drive readiness and support adoption.
- Experience producing high-quality implementation and transition artefacts, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM processes and the ability to support training, business procedures, operational handover and transition to business-as-usual.
