About The Opportunities

We are seeking professionals across various levels and disciplines who are passionate about delivering high-quality design and documentation outcomes. Depending on your background and experience,



you may be involved in: Architects Managing or contributing to projects from concept design through to delivery

Coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders

Leading project design, documentation and delivery activities

Mentoring junior team members

Participating in design reviews and project coordination Revit Technicians Producing high-quality Revit documentation across project stages

Developing and maintaining BIM standards and project models

Coordinating consultant information and project documentation

Supporting project teams with technical and documentation expertise

About You

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate: For Architects A recognised accredited degree in Architecture or related discipline

Registration with the relevant State Board of Architects (or eligibility to obtain registration)

Relevant industry experience

Strong design, technical and project delivery skills

Sound knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and planning frameworks For Revit Technicians Relevant qualifications in Architectural Technology, Building Design,



Drafting, BIM, or related discipline

Advanced proficiency in Revit

Strong documentation and detailing skills

Understanding of construction methodologies, NCC and Australian Standards

Experience producing coordinated project documentation General Requirements Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills

Positive attitude and collaborative approach
