About The Opportunities

We are seeking professionals across various levels and disciplines who are passionate about delivering high-quality design and documentation outcomes.

Depending on your background and experience,



you may be involved in:

Architects

- Managing or contributing to projects from concept design through to delivery

- Coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders

- Leading project design, documentation and delivery activities

- Mentoring junior team members

- Participating in design reviews and project coordination

Revit Technicians

- Producing high-quality Revit documentation across project stages

- Developing and maintaining BIM standards and project models

- Coordinating consultant information and project documentation

- Supporting project teams with technical and documentation expertise

- Assisting with project delivery and quality assurance processes

Expressions of Interest

We are always interested in hearing from talented professionals across:

- BIM and Revit Documentation

- Project Leadership and Technical Delivery

About You

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

For Architects

- A recognised accredited degree in Architecture or related discipline

- Registration with the relevant State Board of Architects (or eligibility to obtain registration)

- Relevant industry experience

- Strong design, technical and project delivery skills

- Sound knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and planning frameworks

For Revit Technicians

- Relevant qualifications in Architectural Technology, Building Design,



Drafting, BIM, or related discipline

- Advanced proficiency in Revit

- Strong documentation and detailing skills

- Understanding of construction methodologies, NCC and Australian Standards

- Experience producing coordinated project documentation

General Requirements

- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

- Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills

- Positive attitude and collaborative approach

- Initiative, adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
