Our Erina venue is one of our absolute best, and we’re looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help take the wheel. This is a hands on role.

But let’s be upfront right from the start: this is not a "hide in the back office" kind of job. We need a leader who thrives in the thick of it. You will be a core part of the roster, rolling up your sleeves, making coffee, slinging donuts, and leading your crew from the front line during peak rushes. You will work side-by-side with the Venue Manager—the two of you will act as a united front, working as one cohesive leadership team to drive the venue's success. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Yes, you’ll be helping run the business, but your main stage is the floor.

You will:

- The Ultimate Partner: Support the Venue Manager in all aspects of the business. You’ll be their right hand, acting as one team, and confidently taking the reins when they are off the floor.

- Lead from the front: You’re on the roster, setting the pace, and showing the team what exceptional service looks like in real-time.

- Build an all-star crew: Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team that loves coming to work, and step in to fill the gaps when needed.

- Drive the business:



Assist with the venue's performance, driving sales while keeping a close eye on labor costs, stock control, and ordering.

- Keep standards sky-high: Ensure every single coffee is dialed in, the donut display looks flawless, and the vibes are always happening.

What You Bring to the Table

- The Experience: You have at least 2 years of fast-paced hospitality experience, with a solid background in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Business Smarts: You have a solid grasp of how a busy venue operates, driving donut sales and building connections while overseeing stock management and keeping the floor moving efficiently.

- People Skills: You genuinely care about developing people and know how to keep a team motivated and smiling when the line is out the door.

- Coffee Passion: Specialty coffee knowledge is a massive plus, but a fierce willingness to learn is just as good.

- The Essentials: Strong multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and full Australian working rights.
