JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of resident health and wellbeing
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to contribute and upkeeping individualised care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment.

About the Candidate

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with APHRA
- Minimum 2 year's experience working as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in an aged care setting
- Strong clinical skills, including medication management, wound care, and resident assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care and a genuine commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of older adults
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and technology to support nursing practice
