This is a casual Animal Attendant/Receptionist role at TLC Pet Care,based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As an Animal Attendant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to the animals in our Boarding Facility. This is an important position that plays a vital role in the overall operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the daily care and feeding of animals in our Boarding Facility
- Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Closely monitoring the health and well being of animals and reporting any concerns to your Manager
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation as required
- Adhering to all organizational policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for animal welfare and a caring, compassionate nature
- Previous experience working in an animal care or customer service role, preferably in an animal shelter or rescue workplace
- Previous Administration Experience Is Desirable




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with animals, colleagues and the public
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to following all relevant health, safety and animal welfare regulations
