THE OPPORTUNITY

As our House & Land Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating competitive, compliant and commercially sound House & Land packages that help drive sales across the Simonds business.

Working closely with our Sales, Operations and Construction teams, you'll identify opportunities, maintain package quality and profitability, and build robust relationships with land agents and developers to maximise our presence in key estates.
