About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Broker Support / Junior Broker. Whether you're starting your career in finance or looking to build on your administration or customer service experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop into a successful asset finance broker.

You'll work closely with our brokers to support clients through the asset lending process while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial and consumer asset finance.

As part of our team, you will:

• Support brokers with asset finance applications from enquiry through to settlement.

• Liaise with clients, lenders, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Collect and verify client documentation.

• Prepare finance submissions and maintain accurate client records.

• Follow up on outstanding information and application progress.





• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

• Assist with business administration and process improvements.

• Learn lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software.

• Professional, positive, and a team player.

Previous experience in administration, banking, finance, automotive, equipment finance, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
