We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on the recruitment of on‑floor retail roles. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced opportunity where you'll work closely with key stakeholders and have real impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for showroom retail positions
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high‑calibre candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines




- Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
- Strong background in retail, sales or high volume hiring
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
