Expected salary range of $78,300 to $87,000, varies based on experience,



along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose Of Position

Provides a broad range of highly responsible administrative services to support the Management team and the Business Unit. Employs excellent organizational skills and takes initiative to perform diverse duties and functions that require confidentiality/discretion, attention to detail and prioritization. Communicates and interfaces with others with efficiency and professionalism. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences, while prioritizing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, supporting special projects and initiatives.

Oversee budget management, including monitoring expenses and processing invoices.

Organize and facilitate events, such as staff meetings, retreats, and workshops.

Reviews timesheets and payroll reports, and enters data into the payroll system.

Provides administrative support to other business units as needed.

Supports, facilitates, and promotes coordination and collaboration across functional teams.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of information and data, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.





Anticipate and resolve any issues or problems that may arise for the executive.

Ensure compliance with company policies related to expense reporting and approval process, submit expenses on behalf of the executive. May act as a delegate in reviewing and approving expense reports for the department.

Minimum Qualifications High school Diploma or GED

5-years of administrative experience, including 3-years supporting a senior member of management or other relevant experience

Proficient in understanding and ability to use Microsoft 365 and Office tools, and ability to learn new technologies and tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing strong ownership and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Flexibility to handle multiple daily deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Demonstrated ability to build consensus and establish trust

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies

Demonstrated business acumen

Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills

Demonstrated knowledge of corporate and business unit policies procedures and practices

Ability to multi-task and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, energetic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through strong project management and planning skills

Experience with Concur or travel/expense software, timekeeping software, AS9, Oracle, SailPoint or service ticket software
