The Role:





We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Producer to lead our production team and play a key role in shaping Yakusan's future, from new business through to the flawless delivery of experiential and brand activation campaigns for some of Australia's most exciting brands.

Reporting into the Managing Director and sitting on our Exec Leadership team, you will set the standard for creative and operational excellence, embedded in the work as much as leading it, while mentoring a high-performing production team and driving the commercial outcomes that fuel Yakusan’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the MD, CSD and ED to convert new business opportunities, shaping strategic and creative responses, budgets, and pitch materials that win.
- Lead the production team’s delivery of best-practice integrated brand experiences, staying embedded in projects from concept through to in office execution.
