New England Support Services (NESS) is seeking experienced, qualified and highly capable Disability Support Workers to join our established and growing team in Armidale.
We are looking for professionals who take genuine pride in the quality of their work. You will be confident working independently, understand the responsibilities that come with supporting people with disability, and be able to provide safe, respectful and person-centred support from your first shift.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have demonstrated experience working within the disability sector.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and availability, you may provide support across:
- Supported Independent Living
- Individual one-to-one support
- Community access and social participation
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Employment and capacity-building supports
- Evening,
weekend and sleepover shifts
This position is based in Armidale.
Employment will initially be offered on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities for permanent employment as suitable ongoing hours become available.

You are an experienced Disability Support Worker who can build professional, respectful and reliable relationships with participants, families and colleagues.
