Full-Time Position

Happy Explorers Learning Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Preschool room.

We are seeking someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children and supporting a strong team setting.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the Preschool program and working alongside educators to provide a high-quality, engaging learning environment.

Your role will include

- Leading and implementing the Preschool program in line with the EYLF and NQS
- Developing engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Mentoring and supporting educators and trainees
- Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Completing programming, observations, documentation and critical reflection
- Contributing to the centre's QIP and continuous improvement
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards of practice and child safety

About You

We are looking for an ECT who is:
- Experienced (2years+) and confident leading a Preschool room
- Proactive, organised and able to take initiative
- Has gone through Assessment and Rating
- Passionate about children's learning and development




- Confident with the EYLF, NQS and NQF
- Experienced in mentoring educators and trainees
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently
- A positive team player who values a supportive workplace
- Able to develop strong, meaningful indoor and outdoor programs

Qualifications & Compliance

- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Must meet the requirements to be appointed as a Responsible Person/person in day-to-day charge
- Current Working With Children Check and required child protection/safety training
- Graduate Diploma-only applicants will not be considered
