EXPERIENCED BURGER GRILL / FOOD PREPARATION

Chicken Empire – Mount Annan

We’re looking for an experienced kitchen team member to join our busy, fast-paced, family-owned chicken shop in Mount Annan.

This position is suited to someone who has experience working on a burger grill, food preparation and food assembly and is confident working under pressure during busy service periods.

Your Duties

- Working the burger grill
- Cooking chicken, burgers and other menu items
- Food preparation and portioning
- Burger, wrap and roll assembly
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring food is prepared consistently and to our standards
- Working quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team with general duties when required

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience working in a chicken shop, burger shop, takeaway,



quick food or similar kitchen
- Has experience on a grill
- Is confident with food preparation and assembly
- Can handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Works quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Understands food safety and hygiene
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Works well within a team
- Has a strong all-rounder attitude
- Takes pride in their work and keeps their station clean

Experience is essential for this position.
