About The Position

One of our operating companies, ONGC, is looking for an experienced AI Business Solutions Architect to join their team in the Gold Coast, Arundel.

In this role, you will lead the design, architecture and delivery of cutting-edge AI Business Solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and emerging technologies.

You will combine technical leadership with hands-on solution delivery,



working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges while mentoring a high-performing team of developers and consultants.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies.
- Design and implement complex integrations, including Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot, SharePoint, Azure services, AWS migrations, APIs, and Power Automate Desktop.
- Partner with the General Manager – AI Business Solutions to scope projects, develop technical solutions and support presales activities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical architectures.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point, providing expert guidance on complex solution challenges.
- Mentor and support Senior and Mid-level Developers, promoting best practice dev
