About the role We’re seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Australian Light Minerals (ALM) business, which is part of the broader WesCEF group.

Wesfarmers Limited is a 50% owner of the Mt Holland Integrated project which is operated by Covalent Lithium.

As our Export Coordinator you will manage the end-to-end export and customer service processes for spodumene concentrate and lithium hydroxide products. Reporting to the Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating export activities, processing customer orders and invoicing, and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.





Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating bulk and containerised export shipments

Processing customer orders, invoices and export documentation

Lodging export declarations, dangerous goods documentation and pre-receival advice

Liaising with transport, freight providers and Covalent to optimise scheduling outcomes

Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and service records within business systems

Supporting month-end sales reconciliation and reporting activities

Providing timely and professional responses to customer enquiries

Identifying and implementing improvements to customer service, export and scheduling processes

Supporting business projects, including SAP implementation activities Building strong relationships with customers, logistics providers and key stakeholders This is a permanent part-time opportunity (0.6 FTE) offering flexibility to work either full-time hours across three days per week or reduced hours across five days per week.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous export coordination experience, within bulk commodities and/or containerised freight

Experience exporting dangerous goods internationally

Sound knowledge of export documentation, regulations and shipping processes

Robust customer service and stakeholder management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with SAP A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement What we offer
