Typical Responsibilities

- Delivering consistently high-quality customer service while meeting standard team benchmarks (e.g., handle times, quality assurance).
- Navigating CRM platforms - experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly regarded.
- Collaborating with supportive, high-energy teams to share best practices and continuous improvement ideas.

What We Look For

- Previous experience in an inbound call center, high-volume customer service, or retail/hospitality environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High reliability and commitment during initial training and peak operating periods.
- Willingness to undergo standard background checks (Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening) as required by specific clients.
