About the role

MTL Marcoola is seeking a motivated and reliable factory process worker to join our Moulding Team in our manufacturing facility in Marcoola, Queensland. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the processing of our high-quality plastic products.

What you'll be doing

- Moulding parts to specifications

- Performing quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards

- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Maintaining a clean and organised work setting

- Providing support to the production team as needed

- Pick / Pack Despatch assist.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment advantage

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately

- Flexible and adaptable approach to work,



able to handle changing priorities

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

- Commitment to working safely and upholding quality standards
