The Position

This is a critical role responsible for branch performance and you will:

- Manage the operations, warehouse and accounting teams
- Recruit, mentor and provide continuting staff development opportunities
- Achieve, manage and report branch revenue goals
- Develop and implement business plans to deliver positive financial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain key relationships with carriers and service providers
- Ensure company policies and processes are adhered to
- Manage the team to deliver exceptional operational and customer service




- Recognise and develop additional business opportunities

The Requirements

- Strong international freight forwarding experience in the Sydney market
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication capability
- Positive attitude underpinned by a strong drive and desire to succeed
- Self motivated with mentoring ability
