We're looking for someone who loves sales.

Someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning current business.

You don't need to be a qualified broker today. What matters most is that you're commercially minded, driven to succeed, and excited by the opportunity to build a long‑term career in commercial finance.

You'll work alongside experienced brokers, learning the industry while helping generate current business. Over time, we'll support you in developing into a fully qualified Commercial Finance Broker.

What you'll do

- Prospect and win new business across Australian SMEs
- Build relationships with business owners, equipment suppliers and referral partners
- Generate opportunities for equipment finance and business lending
- Qualify clients and work closely with our brokers to structure finance solutions
- Develop long‑term referral relationships that become ongoing sources of business
- Learn commercial lending and progressively take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows

Who we're looking for

- 2+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development




- A genuine hunter who enjoys finding opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Highly motivated with strong commercial instincts
- Organised, resilient and competitive
- Someone who wants to build a long–term career rather than just another sales job

This isn't for everyone

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a stream of inbound leads.

Success comes from building relationships, developing referral networks, prospecting consistently, and creating your own opportunities.

Within your first 12 months, you'll have built a strong pipeline of business, established valuable referral relationships, developed a deep understanding of commercial finance, and be well on your way to becoming a trusted Commercial Finance Broker.
