Role Summary

We are looking for a Testing Lead with robust expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing , particularly using Selenium and Playwright . The candidate will lead QA initiatives, define test strategies, ensure product quality, and mentor testing teams in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases .
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright .
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and API Testing.
- Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams.
- Drive test planning, estimation,



reporting, and release sign-offs.
- Mentor QA team members and enforce testing best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA processes.
- Hands‑on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright .
- API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- BDD/Cucumber
- SQL & Database Testing
- Cypress/Appium
- Performance Testing tools (JMeter)
- QA leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
