Spare Parts Interpreter - Truck, Trailer & 4WD Parts

Tranzmile Sydney is looking for an intermediate to senior parts interpreter to join our team.

We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service business and we pride ourselves on being the best in the industry.

Are you a spare parts interpreter looking for better opportunities or a better place to work? We are looking for a spare parts interpreter to specialize in supplying truck, trailer, bus and 4WD parts. Ideally you will have 2 years or more experience in the auto parts or similar industry.

You will be joining a professional team with some of the best systems and processes in the industry and who consistently exceed targets. So if you are a parts professional, love providing outstanding customer service and love kicking goals, we would love to hear from you.

Key attributes required for this role

- Experience in providingsales or technical experience within the industrial, automotive or similar industry
- Client focused and excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with the maturity to work without direct supervision
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
- Display a positive attitude and work ethic
- Punctual and Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Use our various EPC's to look up vehicle makes, model and variations to determine the right parts.




- Timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process
- Prepare invoices for the sale of stock
- Provide industry best levels of service to customers in branch, by email or phone and online
- Be part of a dedicated team who has a drive to achieve
- Maintain regular communications with customers and Tranzmile branches on stock requirements
- Assist in managing export documentation and export freight requirements for international customers

Salary will be negotiated with the best applicant and is flexible. We will adjust our package for the best applicant.
