What You'll Do

- Visit residential properties to investigate (assess), review/validatescopes of works and quantify building damage,



documenting transparent,accuratefindings for each claim though a report.
- Determinepractical repair methodologies and recommendcost‑effectivesolutions that balance quality,safetyand customer needs, negotiating fair outcomes with builders and suppliers, including quotes,tendersandtotal‑losssettlements whererequired.
- Set clear expectations with customers with empathy and pace.
- Monitorrepair progress, validate quality at key stages, and resolve issues quickly in partnership with our supply chain.
- Manage reserves and settlement practices responsibly to prevent cost escalation and deliver sustainable claim outcomes.
