The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused CDO Technician to join our team, servicing the Mackay (QLD) area on a Full-Time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be the hero behind the scenes, supporting our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites. You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a trade-qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys working independently in the field. Experience with coffee machines or within a coffee service workplace is highly regarded, though not essential.

- Processes & Systems - Follow standard procedures and utilise IT tools to manage service calls and reporting
