Scent Central is looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Team Member to join our NSW team. This role is a an entry level technician role but customer facing role all about Service and Customer Retention.

This is a hands on, customer facing position centred on service quality, reliability and customer retention. You will play an important role in maintaining robust client relationships and representing the Scent Central brand in the field.

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.

You will travel from our Hornsby warehouse to client sites across Metro Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. Regional NSW trips occur one to two times per six week rotation. Accommodation and travel allowances are provided.

About the Role

As a Field Service Team Member, you will service, maintain and install fragrance and odour control equipment across a set run of clients each day. This is a mobile role and involves daily driving between client sites. Equipment is typically installed around 2.5 metres above floor level, so ladder use is required at each site.



Some units may be located in plant rooms or roof areas.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

- Installing fragrance machines
- Completing scheduled servicing
- Basic troubleshooting
- Ladder work
- Completing service and installation reports on the phone
- Delivering and collecting equipment
- Maintaining warehouse organisation
- Representing Scent Central professionally when speaking with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Australian driver licence

- Comfortable with daily driving
- Practical and confident using basic hand tools
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Organised with basic administrative skills
- Physically capable of ladder work and manual handling

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
