About The Role

Coach and inspire. Lift performance. Be part of something fast-paced and exciting. We're looking for a passionate Field Trainer to join our Training team and play a key role in building capability across our restaurant network.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you'll work hands-on with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders and their teams to drive real performance improvement, sign off on competency standards, and deliver engaging masterclasses that lift the whole network. You'll also be a key part of new restaurant openings, making sure every new site opens strong and delivers the guest experience El Jannah is known for. What You'll Be Doing

- Building and delivering performance improvement plans for restaurants and team members where capability gaps are identified

- Conducting competency assessments and signing off competency checklists to a consistent, network-wide standard

- Presenting and facilitating masterclasses that build skills and confidence across Restaurant Leaders and their teams

Supporting the rollout of new processes, systems, and initiatives across the network, helping restaurant teams adopt current processes and ways of working with confidence.

- Supporting new restaurant openings, from pre-opening preparation through to launch week execution

- Delivering practical, on-the-job training focused on quality, service, and safety across front and back of house





- Building trusted relationships with restaurant teams to understand their needs and target the right development

- Helping develop and update training materials, masterclass content, and learning tools

- Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and great guest experiences

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience in QSR, hospitality, or restaurant operations

- Proven experience training, coaching, or lifting the performance of teams across multiple sites

- Confidence presenting and facilitating to groups, whether in a masterclass or on the restaurant floor

- Experience assessing capability and holding teams to a consistent standard

- Strong understanding of operational excellence, food safety, and WHS

- Excellent communication and coaching skills

- Someone who takes genuine pride in helping others succeed and building high-performing teams

- Structured and approachable, with a flexible mindset and a real passion for people and performance
- A genuine enjoyment of travel and the fast pace of new openings
