ABOUT THE ROLE

- Emergency Services / Security Officer
- FIFO to the Goldfields
- Full Time Opportunities available
- 8/6 7/7 Roster
- 12 hour shifts

$110 000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

Wilson Security is expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the whole of WA. This growth has created new roles within our WA Regional team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing solid Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Gatehouse duties
- Emergency Services experience
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Responding to emergency situations




- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- "C" class Drivers License
- WA Security license
- RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue
- HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care
- HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing (desirable)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Supervisory experience
- Experienced ESO
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Previous experience in Mining Village Security (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid WA Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Valid Crowd Control endorsement
- RSA
- Current First Aid Certificate
