We are seeking a Finance Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our group of companies.

About the role

- Prepare and process Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

- Preparation of employment contracts and associated clerical tasks relating to employee on boarding.

- Administration of intragroup transactions.

- Monitor daily cash flow for the group of companies.

- Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

- Undertake debtor control for the group of companies.

- Provide timely financial insights and reports to support decision-making. Assisting with financial reporting requirements for the group of companies as required.
- This will include but not limited to providing accurate and timely financial reports, preparing activity statements, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.





- Adhere to and reinforce WHS policies, proactively contributing to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

- Undertake other duties as directed by the company Directors and senior staff.

About you

- Experience with Xero accounting software or similar software/s.

- Relevant experience in a complex accounting environment.

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

- Strong analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Punctual and Reliable

- Willing to get involved in the business and assist the team in all areas of the business.
