About the role

This is a full-time, permanent Finance Business Partner opportunity based at Tarong Power Station in Queensland’s South Burnett region.

You will work closely with site leadership and delivery teams, providing commercial insight,



financial governance and decision support across major outages and capital programs.

A key focus of the role will be supporting large-scale delivery activity, including the TPS Unit 3 outage and broader capital works.

This is a visible, business-critical role where you will help leaders manage performance, control costs, reduce risk and make sound financial decisions across the full project lifecycle. You will join a close-knit Finance Business Partnering team with a supportive culture, genuine flexibility and the chance to work on complex, high-impact programs in an operational environment.

Key responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end financial support from business case through to delivery and post-implementation review
- Establish and maintain solid budgeting, forecasting and cost control frame
