We’re looking for a commercially minded and collaborative Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with leaders across Investa, delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and continuous improvement, while helping shape the financial performance of the business. This position is a 15 month max term parental leave cover.

Your key responsibilities:

- Partner with Corporate Services, Property Management and other business functions to deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts across fee income and operating costs to support annual budgets and in-year reforecasting.
- Support the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including ownership of Corporate Services and Property Management budgets and preparation of Board reporting.




- Manage and enhance property management fee models, ensuring accurate calculations and reporting across the portfolio.
- Maintain and improve FP&A; forecasting tools, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting, including cash management rules and tax calculations.
- Prepare and maintain personnel cost forecasts, payroll accounting calculations and capitalised labour reporting.
- Provide guidance and review the work of junior finance team members during peak budgeting periods.
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvements, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools.

What you bring:

- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Control, with strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Previous experience within the real estate or property industry will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance processes with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience presenting financial information and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate operational drivers into meaningful financial analysis.
- Advanced forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with confidence adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve finance processes.




- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
