About the role
As a Financial Adviser at Ford Scott, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward their financial goals while helping keep the business running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing new and existing client relationships, understanding and meeting their needs.
- Delivering comprehensive, holistic financial advice tailored to each client.
- Supporting business processes, best practice and high standards of service.
- Maintaining accurate, timely and concise client records.
- Ensuring advice documents meet compliance and quality standards.
- Performing financial analysis and modelling to assess clients' goals, risk tolerance and investment strategies.
- Staying current with industry regulations, compliance requirements and best practice in financial planning, and meeting all legislative CPD requirements.
About you
You'll need
- Previous experience in a Financial Adviser or related role.
- Passed the FASEA exam and/or hold relevant academic qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles and financial planning principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The character and confidence to support and help lead a team - we're as invested in how you work as in what you achieve.
