? About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our growing finance team.
In this role, you'll support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance activities while working in a flexible hybrid environment. You'll collaborate with finance and business teams to turn financial data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and business growth.
? Key Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ?
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Assist with financial models, business cases, and performance analysis
Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with finance and business teams on financial and strategic projects
Maintain accurate financial data and reporting records
Support process improvement and financial reporting automation initiatives
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and research as required

? Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field
Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is a plus
Internship experience, university projects, or progress toward CPA, CA, CFA, or other relevant qualifications is advantageous
