Role Description The Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level) is a part-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial reports and statements to support business decision-making. The role involves monitoring key financial metrics, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved financial performance.

The analyst will work closely with senior finance and operations team members to ensure data accuracy, maintain financial records, and contribute to clear, concise financial insights for internal stakeholders.
