About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Fire Services Engineer to provide specialist fire engineering expertise across a range of building and infrastructure projects. This role will focus on the assessment, design review and evaluation of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with relevant Australian and Queensland standards while supporting safe, effective and innovative project outcomes.

Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will provide expert technical advice on fire safety matters throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities





- Design wet and dry fire protection systems in compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
- Evaluate the suitability and compliance of fire system designs, providing expert advice and recommendations where necessary.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of fire system designs and performance solutions to ensure functionality, safety and compliance.
- Critically review and challenge fire system designs or proposed solutions, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations and justifications for proposed changes to fire system designs.
- Provide expert fire safety and fire systems advice to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure fire safety objectives are integrated into building designs and cons
